The Lange XT3 Tour Sport Alpine Touring Ski Boots are the middle of the range flex-wise, with a flex index of 120 and a weight of 1525 grams in a 26.5 size. Still a bomber overlap design with four buckles, the XT3 Tour Sport "makes weight" by going to a Grilamid® shell with glued on Vibram® Touring Sole. Using the excellent Friction Free Hinge from the XT3, Lange's new Tour group competes on an even weight footing with many established touring boots, and may well out-ski them.
